Nu Epps is a serial entrepreneur that has created and successfully run multiple businesses brands throughout her career as a corporate event consultant and private venue owner. Professionally, she is a creative visionary, strategic thinker and meticulous project manager. Personally, Nu is a native Houstonian foodie that loves travel, wine, dancing and comedy. Nu began working in hospitality and event management at age 14 with an apprenticeship at a prestigious golf & country club and later studied business in college. After graduating, she relocated to Atlanta, GA to pursue a career in Higher Education Administration. For a decade plus, Nu excelled in leadership roles at several colleges & universities as a program administrator responsible for signature events, large concert productions, live performances, leadership development training, administrative policy development and student engagement initiatives.
While residing in Atlanta, Nu established Esyntial Elements Event Design in 2005 while continuing her full time career in Higher Education until she transitioned to full time entrepreneur. As part of her transition, she incorporated her business and opened a 3200 square foot event facility & dance studio with 2 business partners in 2012.
In the fall of 2013 the partnership dissolved and Nu expanded into her second event facility -"Studio E" as principal owner and Creative Director. For 3 years Studio E provided a range of services for the Northwest, Atlanta community and earned revenues over six figures annually. After unprecedented growth and success, Nu leveraged the event brand for profit and relocated to her home town; where Atlanta based Esyntial Elements Consulting Inc. expanded to dual operations in Texas and Georgia.
Between producing events, consulting, working full time in Higher Education, and spending time with her husband and children, Nu travels the country in the off season to promote her books. conferences, speaking brand and three tier business coaching program that teaches entrepreneurs how to accelerate their growth, capitalize on their success and balance it all with a meaningful life.
